The Dane's Cast East of Old Mill Road

This is part of a linear earthworks dating back to some 300 years BCE and which runs from Co Cavan, through South Armagh and on to South Down It is known by various names including Black Pig's Dyke, The Dorsey and Dane's Cast. Much of the dyke is covered by dense woodland.
