This corner has changed a lot in recent years. The car wash has recently opened on the site of a former petrol filling station. It appears to have little use. The flats beyond are also relatively new. Previously this was the site of an estate type pub, one of the few Brakspear of Henley tied houses outside Oxfordshire.
