One of the small number of buildings in The Park positively attributed to Watson Fothergill. This is the rear of the building, although the gabled doorways with covered ways are the main entrances to the houses. The main front http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6118050 faces southwest onto gardens, to benefit from sunlight. Built 1889, Listed Grade II.
