House, now offices. c1859. By TC Hine of Nottingham. Restored late C20. Red brick, with ashlar dressings and slate roofs with stylised gable, valley and rear wall stacks. Gothic Revival style. Listed Grade II. An interesting comparison of styles with the contemporary building by the same architect on the opposite corner http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6117488 .
