Now open again, this handy footpath to the station was closed for at least a year during development of the former Avenue station site as several blocks of flats. The yew trees originally lined Higher Avenue, a private drive between the Old Warwick Road and the Manor House Image, seen here in 2005 before its redevelopment and extension as flats.
