Church of St Philip and St James, Scholes, Cleckheaton

This church was consecrated in 1877. The spire, of metal and fibreglass on a stone tower, was added in 1970. The church was dependent on Whitechapel church, Cleckheaton, until Scholes became a parish in 1929.
