In this instance, a fine example of Edwardian Baroque, dated 1906, and incorporating an Art Nouveau gate http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6112444 to the courtyard entrance. Warehouse and factory. Dated 1906. By GS Doughty of Nottingham for Philo L Mills. Red brick with concrete and terracotta dressings. Listed Grade II.
