This rather fine staircase and its wrought-iron balustrading was originally in the main hall, and is now above the Golf Club's bar; it forms part of the building's Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101176128-decker-hill-and-entrance-courtyard-to-east-shifnal#.XJ_SrZj7TIU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1176128, which was granted in 1955. Personally I am less taken by the '1-arm bandit' gaming machine on the right, but each to their own.
