Described in its 1955 Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101176128-decker-hill-and-entrance-courtyard-to-east-shifnal & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1176128 as a "recessed centre bay with 2 giant unfluted ashlar Ionic columns in antis", this doorway leads from the eastern entrance courtyard into the entrance lobby, and then into the main central hall (now the Golf Club bar) with its Image and Image
