Built in 1930 by local developer and architect George Hardy, it comprised retail showrooms on the ground floor – for most of its life connected with the motor trade - and manufacturing space above, Now offices with a performing space on the ground floor. It was Listed Grade II as recently as June 2018, and since then has been repainted.
