Situated in Hughenden Boulevard, these recently built apartments are just north of High Wycombe town centre. There are a total of 260 apartments of which 185 are for outright sale and shared ownership, whilst the remaining 75 are for rent. Of these 260 apartments, 105 are one bedroom whilst the other 155 are two bedroom. The village centre also has a plentiful supply of health and leisure facilities.
