Stone post (plates lost) by the A358, in parish of Donyatt (South Somerset District), at bend of road through village, on grass verge, on West side of road. Ilminster iron plate, erected by the Ilminster turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription once read:- : (TAUNTON / 11¼) : : (CHARD / 4) : Somerset HER.
