Metal plate attached to stone post by the B4060, in parish of Stinchcombe (Stroud District), Wotton Road; 300m North of entrance to Yercombe Lodge, South side of entrance to lane, by the road, on West side of road. Wotton plate, erected by the Wotton-under-Edge (Division) turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- To WOTTON IV Grade II listed.
