Cast iron post by the A52, in parish of Kingsley (Staffordshire Moorlands District), between Froghall and Kingsley, in hedge, on Southeast side of road. Lathe iron casting, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Inscription reads:- : HANLEY 9 / STOKE 10 / NEWCASTLE 11½ : : KINGSLEY : : FROGHALL ½ / ASHBOURNE12¼ : Maker:- : Chas.
