Carved stone post by the A4158, in parish of Oxford (Oxford District), Rose Hill, by No.37, on the verge half way up hill, between road and pavement, on East side of road. Henley limestone pillar, erected by the Henley & Dorchester turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- LONDON 56 HENLEY 21 OXFORD 2 Grade II listed.
