Despite its relatively nondescript 18th century brick covering, this house (in common with several others on Claremont Hill) is actually 17th century timber-framed, and was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101271092-15-claremont-hill-shrewsbury#.XJf3RSj7TIU in 1972.
