A return visit to Perry Barr and the scene pictured in 'On to Witton and New Street'. Demolition work taking place on the site of what was the Birmingham Polytechnic and until recently the Birmingham City University. The site is at the southern end of the A453 Aldridge Road immediately north of where it joins the A4040 Wellington Road/Aston Lane. I will add more information when I have it.
