Carved stone post by the A258, in parish of WORTH (DOVER District), Deal Road, beside open field, on East side of road. Sandwich limestone block, erected by the Dover, Deal to Sandwich turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : DEAL / 4 : : SANDWICH / 2 / LONDON / 70 : Grade II listed.
