Carved stone post by the UC road (was A595), in parish of BROUGHTON EAST (SOUTH LAKELAND District), Church Street, opposite Piel House, partly in wall, on North side of road. Lancs. CC stone triangle, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Inscription once read:- : (DALTON 12 MLS / BARROW 15) : : BROUGHTON WEST : Milestone Society National ID: LA_DABR12.
