Carved stone post by the UC road (was A590), in parish of BROUGHTON WEST (SOUTH LAKELAND District), Boothwaite Nook, West Wreaks Farm, on grass verge, on North side of road. Lancs. CC stone triangle, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Inscription reads:- : DALTON 11 MLS / BARROW 14 MLS : : BROUGHTON WEST : : BROUGHTON ¾ ML : Carved benchmark on mid right face. Milestone Society National ID: LA_DABR11.
