Carved stone post by the B2070 (was A3), in parish of LISS (EAST HAMPSHIRE District), The Shrubs, wooded verge next to entrance to building yard, on Southeast side of road. Hartford limestone diamond, erected by the Portsmouth & Sheet Bridge turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : PETERSFIELD / 3 Miles / PORTSMOUTH / 20 : : LONDON / 49 : : LIPHOOK / 5 Miles : Grade II listed.
