Cast iron post by the UC road, in parish of CLAYBROOKE MAGNA (HARBOROUGH District), Main Road, opposite junction with Frolesworth Lane, near Pig in Muck PH, on bank amongst undergrowth (was to West by Bull's Head Inn), on South side of road. Cort Paul iron casting, erected by the Hinckley & Lutterworth turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : LUTTERWORTH / 5 / MILES / LONDON / 94 / MILES : : CLAYBROOKE / MAGNA / PARISH : : HINCKLEY / 6 / MILES : Maker:- : CORT PAUL / SCORNICK / LEICESTER : Milestone Society National ID: LE_LUHK05.
