Inscription reads: In Affectionate Remembrance of Mary Ann, the beloved wife of Samuel Yapp. Who fell asleep in Jesus. June 17 1869, aged 76 years. Also of Samuel Yapp, her beloved husband who died in the Lord Jan 24 1873 in the 83 year of his age. I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, From henceforth, blessed are the dead which die in the Lord: Even so, saith the Spirit: for they rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
