Heathville Road was a new road developed from 1865 by the local architect, A W Maberly with family houses for more prosperous families. This house was designed by him. Latterly the offices of St John Ambulance, up for sale at the time of my visit. I have been unable to establish the reason for the name Peter Scott House http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6091102 .
