Built in 1814 on land sold to pay taxes during the Napoleonic Wars. Previously probably owned by either the Cathedral Chapter of the City Corporation. Classic Georgian terrace, Listed Grade II. Originally built as 4 houses of 5 ½ bays, this view shows the southern 4 houses, originally built as two, later split into two.
