Late 18th or early 19th century (so roughly the same age as the adjacent Charlton Arms hotel to the right), nos 20 & 22 Church Street were also Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101352009-20-and-22-church-street-wellington#.XIi14Sj7RPY in 1983. No 22 on the left here is currently a dental surgery.
