One of a pair at the churchyard lychgate, which were built in the late 18th or early 19th century, and which attracted a Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101033318-gate-piers-south-west-of-church-of-all-saints-wellington#.XIYacCj7RPY in 1983.
