Ham Baker, whose name appears on the cast iron base, were engineers who manufactured a range of street furniture including lamp posts and manhole covers. But the top section of this sewer vent is a plastic replacement top, tastefully painted to look like the metal pipe that must originally have been there. For the full view see Image
