You can't be too careful with these cantilevered buildings. Berlin Bear is near the western corner of General Gordon Square in Woolwich and "was designed by Michele Petit-Jean after a design by pupils of Eltham Hill School and erected to celebrate the 50th anniversary of friendship between the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the Berlin borough of Reinickendorf" https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:2016_Woolwich,_General_Gorden_Square,_Berlin_Bear_2.jpg .
