Two Grade II Listed houses. For number 44 the Post Office Directory 1875 lists 'POUNCY, Charles; boot maker, 44 High West Street' and an 1889 directory gives 'TAYLOR; John Richard; 44; High West Street; Private Residents'. For number 43 the 1875 directory lists 'CURTIS, James Robert England; tailor, 43 High West street' but by 1889 Mr Curtis is listed as 'Sergeant at Mace; Officer of the Corporation & Urban Sanitary Authority'. In 1971 it appears to be the offices of solicitors Williamson & Co. Rajpoot Dorchester Ltd was incorporated in June 2017.
