Carved stone post, was by the A671, in parish of BACUP (ROSSENDALE District), roadside, now at Broadclough Hall, rear yard by back door. Originally erected by the Bury to Blackburn, Whalley etc. turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- TO R 8 M Milestone Society National ID: LA_BUBC06
