Cast iron post by the B5405, in parish of SEIGHFORD (STAFFORD District), roadside, on grass, on Northwest side of road. Stafford wide top, erected by the Stafford, Sandon, Eccleshall turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : STAFFORD / MILES / 5 : : LONDON / 138 : : NEWPORT / MILES / 9 / PARISH OF SEIGHFORD : Grade II listed.
