Carved stone post by the A595, in parish of KIRKBY IRELETH (SOUTH LAKELAND District), Grizebeck, on grass verge, on Northeast side of road. Lancs. CC stone triangle, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Inscription reads:- : DALTON 9 MLS / BARROW 12 MLS : : KIRKBY IRELETH : : BROUGHTON 2¾ MLS : Milestone Society National ID: LA_DABR09.
