One of three vernacular fisherman's cottages in a narrow courtyard to the rear of Marine Terrace. All three were similarly Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300010273-courtyard-ot-rear-of-no-6b-marine-terrace-aberystwyth#.XHZD44j7RPY in 1987.
