Carved stone post by the B1112, in parish of METHWOLD (KINGS LYNN AND WEST NORFOLK District), Stoke Road, Brookeville at junction with Scotts Lane, on the verge, on East side of road. Erected by the Stoke Ferry turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : BRANDON / 7. : : STOKE / 3. : Carved benchmark and rivet on top. Norfolk HER.
