Cast iron post by the A521, in parish of KINGSLEY (STAFFORDSHIRE MOORLANDS District), Kingsley Holt, opposite PH, under hedge, on Northwest side of road. Lathe iron casting, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Inscription reads:- : FROGHALL 1 / IPSTONES 3 / ONECOTE 7 / WARSLOW 10¼ / LONGNOR 14½ / BUXTON 20½ : : KINGSLEY / HOLT : : CHEADLE 2 : Maker:- : Chas. Lathe, Tipton. : Grade II listed.
