Carved stone post by the B1150, in parish of COLTISHALL (BROADLAND District), High Street, on island in front of No. 28, rear of pavement against wall, on East side of road, under large tree. North Walsham pillar, erected by the North Walsham turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- TO NORWICH 7 MILES N WALSHAM 7 MILES Carved benchmark on lower front. Milestone Society National ID: NO_NNW07.
