The memorial fountain and surrounding memorial garden is in memory of Police Officers who were killed in the execution of their duty. Completely encircling the base in 5 cm high lettering: 'Dedicated to the memory of our colleagues whose lives were sadly taken during their service to the constabulary and the people of Norfolk. We will always remember them.'
