Carved stone post by the A121, in parish of LOUGHTON (EPPING FOREST District), High Road, by the road, on North side of road. Erected by the Woodford & Harlow turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : EPPING / 5 : : LOUGHTON / PARISH : : LONDON / 11 : Essex HER.
