This TE in East London Street, EH7 4BH is a Modernist building and a significant example of 1960's public architecture in Edinburgh. It was given Category B Listed status in November 2007. Above the door to the left can be seen a tiled panel. The TE used to have WAVerley numbers until the late 1960s, but now has 0131-556, 557 and 558 numbers, the (0131) referring to the Edinburgh group of twenty five TEs.
