The complete cemetery is a Listed Grade II Park and Garden which contains 3 individually Listed monuments including the two prominent ones visible here. All three are attributed to Joseph Barlow Robinson (1821-83), who worked as a stone carver for Pugin and Barry on the Palace of Westminster before returning to Derby to set up the Midland Sculptural & Monumental Works
