Nos 33 - 43 North Parade are on a terrace of late Georgian town houses, built sometime prior to 1834. This is no 43, the easternmost, which was included in the collective Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300010336-no43-north-paradedyfed-aberystwyth#.XGx5T-j7TIU in 1987, and retains the entrance hall with a pointed arch carried on paired columns.
