Nos 33 - 43 North Parade are on a terrace of late Georgian town houses, built sometime prior to 1834. This is no 37, which was included in the collective Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300010333-no37-north-paradedyfed-aberystwyth#.XGwwouj7TIU in 1987.
