Taken from Manchester Road, this shows Nos. 50, 48, 46 and 44, Park Avenue. No 50 is named 'Elm cottage' (I did not identify an elm tree nearby, presumably it got Dutch Elm disease and died) and No 48 is 'Tree View Cottage'.
