The church shows work of all periods from Transitional-Norman onwards. The Shell Guide to Wiltshire says: “The simple unadorned interior is surprisingly impressive, although the chancel is very short for so large a nave. There are several beautifully designed table-tombs in the churchyard, forming a good group."
