Cast iron post by the A60, Doncaster Road, in parish of HODSOCK (BASSETLAW District), North of track to Goldthorpe Farm; between Oldcotes (A634 junction) and Langold, under hedge at edge of footpath, on East side of road. NCC iron casting, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Inscription reads:- : WORKSOP / 6 : : HODSOCK / N.C.C. : : DONCASTER / 11 : Milestone Society National ID: NT_WKDN06.
