Carved stone post by the A1068, in parish of ELLINGTON AND LINTON (CASTLE MORPETH District), Eastmoor Farm, Ellington, on grass verge, on East side of road. Cresswell triangle stones, erected by the Shields & Morpeth & Branches turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : MORPETH / VII / MILES : : CRESSWELL / II / MILES : Grade II listed.
