Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y13/1206/SH for the “erection of a part two, part three and part five storey building of 18 apartments and lower ground floor office (Class B1(a)) space with associated access, parking and landscaping”. Works seems to have advanced slowly on the Image since October 2018 but it would seem that there is no longer any use for the crane, as it has been removed.
