Stone post (plate lost) by the UC road, in parish of SHREWTON (SALISBURY District), 60m South of The Bustard Inn, on the verge against hedge, on West side of road. Salisbury plate, erected by the Fisherton, Wilton, Heytesbury, Willoughby Hedge & Redhone turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription once read:- (SALISBURY) (11) (DEVIZES) (12) Round depression on top. Grade II listed.
