Carved stone post by the B1113, in parish of GREAT BLAKENHAM (MID SUFFOLK District), Great Blakenham, by the road, on West side of road. Erected by the Claydon, Blakenham, Brockford & Stowmarket turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : TO / STOW / MARKET / 7 M. : : TO / BURY / 21 M. : : TO / IPSWICH / 5 M. Carved benchmark on lower face. Suffolk HER. HER Number (Pref.
